MISSION FIELD 2-14-17

I am in BELLINGHAM WASHINGTON! It has rained everyday of course but, what are umbrellas??? No one uses them here so I am not about to be the black sheep, I have to fit in and just deal with getting wet.

My trainers name is Sister Dietz, she is from Lehi, UT and is awesome!
LUCKY ME- I already had a baptism. I can't take much credit but I did help with the last couple of lessons! Her name is Debra Land and she is HILARIOUS!

The mission field is so much different than the MTC I will tell you that. I have learned more this past month than I have my whole life and I have grown so much and I feel so blessed and so grateful.
Unfortunately, my physical and mental health have not been very well.. my anxiety has kicked in and is effecting my health and energy. It hasn't been very fun to deal with BUT I have faith that whatever is supposed to happen will happen and I am so grateful that I have a Heavenly Father that is always by my side.

The people here are colorful, different, but i LOVE them. While tracting, we met a lady named Vanessa who has been through more than I could ever imagine but she is so prepared for this gospel and I am so grateful she was put in our path.

Funny story, so I thought the deer at the MTC was bad.... we pulled up to a ladies house and there were SEVEN deer in her front yard!!!!!  just chillin'. You better believe I didn't get out of the car. Also, I almost get hit by a car everyday trying to back my companion.. grateful for PULL THROUGH parking!!

I am so grateful for missionary work! Whether it is full-time, part- time or even member missionary work (which is most important) Being a missionary not only helps others come closer to Christ but it helps us come closer as well! I invite you all to think about how you can serve someone this week and share your testimony with them!

Blessings come as we put our faith in Him.

LOVE YOU ALL! Have a great week!
